All hired items remain the property of Hollie's Vintage Style Hire throughout the hire period

At the time of booking a 25% deposit will secure your booking. We accept cash, cheque or bank transfer

If items are ordered within 30 days of your event payment in full is required

Full payment is required 30 days before your hire date

On the day of collection a £100 cash breakage fee is required. This will be refunded back to you once all items have been checked within a 10 day period. If this does not cover loss or breakage of items a seperate invoice will be sent

In the event of breakages or damaged items, please return them in their original packaging back to Hollie's

On collection please check your order as no faults or discrepancies will be accepted after you have signed for your items

Due to the age of our items, there might be some slight water marks or discolouration. There will not be chips or cracks

No changes are to be made within a 7 day period before hire

The hirer is responsible  for all hired items throughout the hire period

On conformation of your order please present 2 forms of identity, one having your current address on, for our records

The final price you pay is for 1 days collection, 1 days use of our items and 1 day delivery back to us. If you require more time please let us know at time of booking

Hollie's takes no responsibility in the event of any accident or injury during the hire period

Cancellations must be done by letter or email

Cancellation within 14 days of the hire date, 100% of the hire charge is required. Within 30 days 50% of the hire charge is required

If we are to deliver and collect items a time must be arranged. if our employee is left waiting, an extra £5 per 15 minutes will be charged

None of our items must go into a dishwasher, microwave or be washed with a high pressure washer. Just hot water and liquid is required

Please ensure all of our items are packed away securely in there original packaging

Breakages are to be paid at a rate of £3 per spoon/cake fork. £5 per item for cup, saucer and side plate £25 per teapot/cake stand
